Payment Details:

A deposit of minimum U$S 500 (or the full amount for programs less than U$S 500) is required to confirm class registration and accommodation. For programs over U$S 2500, a deposit of 20% of the total program fee is required to confirm registration. You will receive an invoice shortly after you submit your registration for the program deposit that is due upon receipt, and balance in full is due by the program start date.

*If registration is submitted less than four weeks before program start date, the full program fee will be due upon receipt of the invoice.

Method of Payment *

Additional Documents to Turn In:

1. Proof of university or work experience. Examples include:

  • University transcript (a copy must be faxed in prior to the course and the transcript must be physically presented upon the first day of the course)
  • Résumé or CV with references (if no university experience)

2. Proof of English proficiency for non-native English speakers. Examples include:

  • TOEFL/IELTS Level 6 or CPE Certificate

3. Copy of information page of passport

For TEFL + Volunteer Special Package only: Copy of proof of health insurance. If you are interested in purchasing health insurance through Expanish's partner CareMed International, please check our website under Student Health Insurance. CareMed will automatically send us your proof of insurance for your program.
